Why do you need a sample of a metronome click?
Most sequencer and synthesizer metronome clicks aren't what most professional musicians like or expect. this is a sample from a professional digital metronome, and has a sound that can be easily heard over must music. Save it to your disk and load into your sequencer or sampler.

Use it in a sampler as a great click for you and your musicians. Trigger it from your sequencer

When not using any timecode (delivering music on DAT or CD), insert it as a 'sync pop' 2 seconds prior to the first note of music. If your music begins at 01:05:12:26, put this click into your sequence or mix at 01:05:10:26.
